Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our Shipping and return policy.



Once your order has been place, we are usually process and shipped the order within 2-4 business days. However, some orders such as pre-order items, gift pack items may take longer.

We effortlessly try to ship your order as soon as you place the order, However in such cases due to any unavoidable circumstances if shipping get delays we will definitely inform you in advance.

We offer free shipping all over India. You don't have to pay any shipping fee as it's absolutely free. However in case of return customer have to pay the shipment fee for returning the jewellery to our mentioned address/warehouse.



You will be notified via sms / mail when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number so you can track your shipment anytime.



  • All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days / 48 hours of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



 To return an item, please email customer service at __________ to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

 After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  •        Sale items / Stock Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  •        The item should be unused and in the same condition that you received.
  •        Product Seal and all Tags must be intact
  •        Product must be returned in the same box it has been packed, along with other materials which were in the box
